Browsing the site

LP Tours does not automatically collect any personal information from visitors, who can browse the site without providing any personal data, remaining anonymous during their visit. Data collected automatically is not personal in nature and is used only to optimise the site's browsing experience and content.

Data provided through the forms

When filling in the contact form or the quote request form, the data provided (name, email, phone and message) is collected by LP Tours, which is the entity responsible for its processing. This processing is registered with the National Data Protection Commission, under the data processing notification of 17 February 2017. The data provided is intended exclusively for the requested contact (quote request or query) and is handled only by LP Tours' administrative and commercial department for that purpose. Filling in the form's required fields is necessary for the contact to be made. Whoever submits the form confirms being the data subject. The data provided is kept by LP Tours for a period of ten years.

Data subject's rights

Whoever provides data is guaranteed the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of their data, through the address rgpd@lptours-bus.com. The right to withdraw, at any time, the consent given for data processing is also guaranteed, through the same address, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission regarding the processing carried out.

Marketing communications

The data provided may also be used to send communications by SMS, email or post, including direct marketing communications from LP Tours. Anyone who would rather not receive this type of communication can request to be excluded at any time through rgpd@lptours-bus.com.
